Section 1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing the use of the abu8 platform and its services. This document defines the relationship between you ("User") and abu8 ("Platform", "we", "us").

Section 3 Age and Eligibility

Section 4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds at abu8, we support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

Section 6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Betting Limits

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain a gaming advantage
• Bonus abuse or "bonus hunting"
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for an advantage

Section 8 VIP Program Policy

abu8's VIP Program has 5 levels. Each level offers weekly cashback and additional benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP level advancement depends on the user's regular activity and overall contribution. abu8 reserves the right to change VIP benefits, rates, or level criteria, but users will be notified as far in advance as possible before any changes take effect.

VIP Program cashback is generally credited to the account at a set time each week. The cashback itself is subject to its own wagering requirements, which are stated in the program rules.

Section 9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. To withdraw a remaining balance after the account has been closed, users must contact support.

9.2 Closure at abu8's Initiative

abu8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• A violation of these terms is detected
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found
• Discrepancies in identity verification are detected
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (after a specified time limit)
• For legal or regulatory reasons

9.3 Self-Exclusion Option

Section 10 Limitation of Liability

abu8 bears no responsibility in the following cases:

• If a game is disrupted due to the user's internet connection or device issues
• In cases of delay or failure by third-party payment systems

• In cases of errors by third-party game providers
